Denizen is growing - and we need new reps!
We know university can sometimes be a stressful experience, so your wellbeing is very important to us. We want you to have all the support you need to be able to fulfil your potential at university and to love your life at Salford.
That’s why we co-ordinate your accommodation support network Denizen which is there to help you if you’re facing any problems or if you want someone to talk to - your Denizen reps can help!
Plus, we’re now expanding! Denizen is coming to IQ Student Quarter, Tramways and Riverside accommodations and we need volunteers to become Denizen reps for these accommodation blocks.
The role involves providing general wellbeing support and assistance for students living in your block when needed, and signposting students to the relevant support services within the Students' Union and the University, such as the Advice Centre or the Wellbeing Service. Being a Denizen rep is a great opportunity for you to enhance your employability skills while helping other students.
